1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery location.

At this time, we may be unable to ship to certain remote areas, P.O. boxes, or military addresses.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any such promotion will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Charges

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, and brokerage or disbursement fees are covered by us. Customers should not be required to pay additional import-related charges upon delivery, except where required by applicable law or caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Shipping fees, if any, will be shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar consumption tax required by law will also be displayed at checkout, where applicable, and is the responsibility of the customer.

If any unexpected import-related charge is requested upon delivery for an order shipped to the United States, please contact us promptly and we will assist in resolving the issue.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

7. Delivery Delays and Shipping Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to help you track and resolve any shipping issues.
